At the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2020 ceremony, VSIP Hai Phong Co., Ltd. won the Best Housing Development (Northern Vietnam) title for its BelHomes Hai Phong project. This project was also nominated in the Best Master Plan Design category.
